Website Privacy Standards

This website has been designed with visitor privacy in mind. Below are the guidelines this website follows:

Names, Email, and More: I will not share visitor names, email address, or any other personal information. I keep all email messages and other methods of contact in the strictest form of confidence. The information collected through the Jaymoon.net newsletter, is not, and will not ever be used for anything other than sending the email newsletter.
Cookies: There will never be cookies placed on user's systems from Jaymoon.net. If you happen to find a cookie placed on your system that claims it came from here, remove it immediately, because it didn't come from me.
Identifying Visitors: The back end for Jaymoon.net does not in anyway "track" or "identify" users. The online information collected from the system logs are IP addresses, timestamps, and geographical location (limited to country only). This information is non-identifying, and only used for personal statistical data.
Releasing Logs: I do not release or share any logged data with any third party. The only way the data is being used, is for personal statistics which help me determine how to improve my website. For example the most popular pages on my website, or what time of day I receive the most visitors.
Law Enforcement Requests: If I am ever approached by law enforcement or any other government agency, I am willing to abide by the law, and release information at their legal request. This website is hosted and run in the United States, therefore will be following the guidelines of U.S. laws and regulations.
