You must agree to the terms of service to have your web site hosted through Jaymoon.net

Restricted Content

I do not allow the storage of, and/or display of the following material on my servers.

Copyrighted Material: You may not transmit any material that infringes on any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other property you don't own the rights to.
Viruses: Intentional distribution or storage of software that can damage the servers or other peoples computers, is not permitted.
Adult Content: I do not allow any adult (pornographic) web sites on my servers, including links pointing to other pornographic sites, and even pornographic advertisements on your own site.

Server Use

I would like my clients to use to use my servers how they need to. But in order to protect other clients, I may, temporarily suspend a site if the site slows down the servers at a noticeable rate, or causes conflict towards other clients websites... In either case, I'll try to find a solution together with the client responsible.

To protect your account, and treatment of the servers, please store your password in a safe place, and only give it to those you trust. I can reset your password after a proper request and verification, just in case the worst happens.

Ownership

When you purchase a web site from me, all content I build and design becomes your property. Once the project is completed, you may change anything you would like to, as well as use the layout, images, etc for other use associated with the original web site the content was purchased for.

I do reserve the right to be able to link to your web site and/or display it in my work portfolio if I choose to do so. If you would not like me to display my work for you, a simple request is all it will take, and I won't use your web site for my own professional use.
