Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2007
Note: Replace user and domain.com with your actual username and domain.
1. Click Tools > Account Settings > New
2. Choose the Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP option.
3. Select the "Manually configure server settings" checkbox.
4. Choose the Internet E-Mail type, and click Next.
5. Now fill in each fields with your email account details.
6. Before you finish configuring your account, click the More Settings button, and choose the "Outgoing Server" tab.
Check the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Select the option to Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
7. Click OK, Test the Account Settings if you would like to, and then you can click Next and Finish to complete the configuration.
